In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Our return policy is designed to clarify the responsibilities of our customers. If you inadvertently provided an incorrect address or forgot to include your apartment number, and the package is not returned to us, you will be required to pay the full amount again for a replacement.

In the case where the package is returned, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Please be aware that we cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs during transit. Additionally, once the order has been marked as shipped we cannot cancel or issue a refund.
